When you use the application, the following personal data may be processed:

• Apple ID or basic account information obtained from other login providers

• Favorite mushrooms

• Map records

• User points

• Level information

• Leaderboard data

• Subscription information

• Purchase verification information

• Mushroom photos taken with the camera or uploaded by the user

• Location information (if permitted)

• Device model

• Operating system version

• Application version

• Language preference

• IP address and technical connection information

• Crash logs and error reports

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing user accounts

• Performing authentication processes

• Providing AI-powered mushroom analysis

• Storing search history

• Creating favorites and personal collections

• Providing map features

• Managing the gamification system and leaderboard

• Verifying premium subscriptions

• Apple Sign In service,

Fungisys does not sell your personal data.

Some service providers used by Fungisys may have data centers located outside your country of residence.

Therefore, your personal data may be processed and stored on servers abroad, with necessary technical and administrative measures taken in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The camera is used solely for the purpose of taking mushroom photos by the user.

Access to the photo gallery is performed only to analyze the images selected by the user.

Location information is processed only for the purpose of enabling map features, subject to the user's explicit consent.

Mushroom photos uploaded by the user are processed solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service requested by the user.

User photos and personal data are not used for training, developing, or retraining artificial intelligence models unless explicit consent is separately obtained.

Users may permanently delete their accounts from within the application at any time.

After account deletion, personal data belonging to the user will be permanently deleted from the Firebase infrastructure, except for data that must be legally retained.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

Fungisys implements current technical and administrative security measures to prevent unlawful processing, access, or disclosure of personal data.

However, no data transmission method over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure.

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,

• To request information regarding the processed data,

• To learn the purpose of processing,

• To learn the third parties to whom data is transferred,

• To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data,

• To request erasure or destruction of personal data,

• To object to adverse consequences arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,

You may submit your requests regarding your rights to Fungisys in accordance with the procedures and principles set forth in applicable legislation.

Applications will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than the legal deadline.
